Al-Maqtari” is the first Arab figure to take part in the series “Kuruluş: Osman”, alongside a large number of Turkish stars.
Informed sources interested in the matter have reported the participation of Yemeni businessman “Hamed Al-Maqtari” in the largest new Turkish historical series, “Kuruluş: Osman”, by the well-known writer and producer “Mehmet Bozdağ”, the creator of the Turkish historical epic “Diriliş: Ertuğrul”.
The sources stated that “Al-Maqtari” is the first Arab figure to take part in the series “Kuruluş: Osman”, alongside a large number of Turkish stars.
The sources quoted the producer “Bozdağ” as saying that “Al-Maqtari’s joining the historical series will be a qualitative addition and may pave the way for joint Arab-Turkish productions.”
Bozdağ, according to the same sources, confirmed that he is working on reviving the heroes of Islamic history and presenting them to viewers, adding that “the participation of an important Yemeni figure like Al-Maqtari is a new and notable experience.”
He continued, “Yemeni history is rich with stories of heroes and influential figures on a global level.”
It is worth noting that the Turkish company “Bozdağ” has produced the most important historical works and presented them to historical drama enthusiasts inside Turkey and internationally, both in the Arab world and beyond, achieving viewership ratings that exceeded billions.
